Monday after breakfast we set out for Salt Pond Beach to meet Paul and Lisa. Salt Pond Beach is an easy 0.3 mile hike from the parking spot.
We got there early enough to get good parking and one of the two picnic tables in the shade.
Salt Pond Beach has good sand on the shore and is good for snorkeling.
The snorkeling was pretty good, with lots of colorful fish.
Ed even saw a turtle.
And a Ray.
After Snorkeling we stopped at Paul and Lisa's villa, Calabash Cottages - Sago, what a great view off their porch.
Paul made us 'Pain Killers' and we hung out on their deck. They have a sweet spot just right for two people.
We took a group photo....
The Saccos followed us back to our villa and we took a dip in the pool, it is considerably cooler than the ocean, it was refreshing.
Rain showers moved in and it rained so hard we could no longer see the ocean.
After things cleared, the four of us went to Johnny Lime's for dinner and a drink, it was very nice.
We had a beautiful full moon that lit up the bay. Ed and I enjoyed a Bourbon on the porch, this is a great place to just chill and take in the view.
The girls finished their puzzle.

Paul and Lisa returned to their villa and we waited out the rain, some naps were taken.

While Ed and I sat on the deck, the girls worked on a puzzle inside.

The rains and wind set in during the night, if you don't like the weather here just wait about 10mins.
Tuesday, we are booked on a sailboat cruise in the morning, we hope we don't get too sun burned.
What a great first day. Good snorkeling, good food and good friends!
